Terms of service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of banrepublicanvalues.com (the "Site"), operated by Punkademic LLC ("we," "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to make a purchase. You agree to provide accurate information when placing an order.
Products
We sell apparel, stickers, and related merchandise. All products are made-to-order through our fulfillment partner Printful. Because each item is produced on demand, please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipping.
Product photos are mockups and may differ slightly from the final product (color calibration, mockup placement). We do our best to represent products accurately, but we can't guarantee your monitor displays colors exactly as printed.
Ordering and payment
When you place an order, you make us an offer to purchase. We accept the offer when we charge your payment method and confirm the order by email. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments. You authorize us to charge your provided payment method for the full order amount including taxes and shipping.
If we can't fulfill an order (out of stock, payment issue, fraud screen), we'll cancel the order and refund any payment made.
Pricing and taxes
Prices on the Site are in US dollars and exclude applicable sales tax. Sales tax is added at checkout based on your shipping address. We may change prices at any time, but already-placed orders are honored at the price you paid.
Shipping
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times begin after the 3–5 day production window. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us at support@banrepublicanvalues.com within 30 days and we'll work with Printful to resolve it.

Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, photography, and copy on the Site are owned by Punkademic LLC or used with permission. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any of our content for commercial use without written consent.
When you purchase a product, you own that physical product and can wear or display it as you wish. You don't acquire any rights to the underlying design.
User conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site to violate any law
- Attempt to disrupt, hack, or interfere with the Site
- Submit false or misleading information when ordering
- Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to access the Site without permission
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site and products are provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent allowed by law, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Site or purchase of a product will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Political content
Our products express political viewpoints. By purchasing, you acknowledge this is part of the product. We do not refund based on a change of heart about the message — only for quality, fulfillment, or shipping issues per the Refund Policy.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Hennepin County, Minnesota.
