Shipping policy
Every order is printed and shipped on demand by our fulfillment partner Printful. Realistic timeline:
- Production (printing, embroidery, quality check): 3–5 business days
- US shipping: 3–5 business days
- Total order-to-doorstep: 6–10 business days, usually
We do not stock inventory. Each item is made specifically for your order. That's why production takes a few days — and why we keep the planet a little cleaner by not over-producing.
Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not yet supported.
Shipping rates
Calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight. Orders over $35 ship free within the contiguous US.
Tracking
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves the Printful facility. Tracking is real-time and updated by the carrier.
Address changes
If you entered the wrong address, email us at support@banrepublicanvalues.com within 1 hour of placing your order. Once production begins, we can't change the address.
Lost or stuck packages
If tracking shows your package hasn't moved in 7+ business days, or shows "delivered" but you don't have it, email us. We'll work with Printful and the carrier to either reship or refund.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email us at support@banrepublicanvalues.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a photo of the issue, and a short description.
We'll replace or refund — no need to ship the item back in most cases.
Returns and exchanges
Because everything is made-to-order, we do not accept returns for buyer's-remorse reasons (changed your mind, wrong size ordered, didn't like the color, etc.).
See our Size Charts on each product page before ordering. If you're between sizes, size up — our tees fit retail-cut, not oversized.
If a product is genuinely defective or wrong, see the section above.
Customs and duties
We currently only ship within the US, so customs and duties do not apply.
