Ban Republican Values (the "Site," "we," "us," or "our") is a product line operated by Punkademic LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit banrepublicanvalues.com, how we use it, and what choices you have.

What we collect

When you place an order or sign up for our email list, we collect:

  • Contact information: name, email address, shipping address, phone number (optional)
  • Order information: items purchased, order total, payment method (Shopify Payments processes payment data — we never store full credit card numbers)
  • Communications: any messages you send to us
  • Site usage data: pages visited, browser type, device type, approximate location based on IP address, time spent on the Site (collected via cookies and similar technologies)

When you sign up for our email list (Klaviyo), we collect your email address and, if you provide it, your first name.

How we use it

  • To fulfill and ship your orders (shared with Printful, our fulfillment partner)
  • To process payments (Shopify Payments / Stripe)
  • To send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping notifications)
  • To send marketing emails, if you've opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email)
  • To improve our products, our website, and our customer support
  • To comply with legal obligations (tax, fraud prevention)

Who we share it with

We share only what's necessary, only with these partners:

  • Shopify — store hosting and payment processing
  • Printful — order fulfillment, shipping
  • Klaviyo — email marketing (only if you've opted in)
  • Payment processors — to charge your card
  • Shipping carriers — to deliver your order

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with advertisers for targeting purposes.

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights or safety.

Cookies

We use cookies to make the Site work, remember your cart, and understand how visitors use the Site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the Site may not work correctly.
